Merchandising
The MarkaLAB merchandising team does the legwork for our clients, from market analysis, to price and quality research, to allocation and shipment management. We offer comprehensive sourcing services of textiles and accessories for international and Turkish markets.
Design
Our dynamic team of designers collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life. MarkaLAB’s fashion and athletic apparel specialists create 1,000 styles for each brand, generating 15,000 products for each client each season.
Product Development
Process of creating each individual style within the line. After the research phase of line development is completed, silhouettes are developed, fabrics and trim selected, and specifications are created. Prototype is reviewed & revised until the desired shape, style, & fit are approved.
Sourcing
Evaluate the supply market, develop and execute strategy, negotiate terms of contract and finally develop the contractual agreement with the suppliers.
Production

Operation
OPERATION: is the process of ensuring that every product we manufacture is up to a pre-defined quality standard.It is the last stage in which the products are delivered to the warehouse. Products are distributed from the warehouse to the desired stores, and the products reach the final customer.
